The fourth question of the fatawa num. 4263:
What are the rules about the person who have six children, sever or five , but do not have enough support , it is lawful to practise birth control?
Answer: It is not permissible birth control based on what you mentioned. The sustenance is providen by Allah (Subhanna wa ta'ala) .
