Abu Umaamah (Radia Allahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah said:
"The occupant of the left guard (and maintain)his pen for six hours, since the Muslim servant (of Allah) has done something wrong or made a mistake , so if he repents and seeks forgiveness from Allah: he would returned to the other side , and if that is not so then he writes just as one."

Shaykh Albani (Rahimahu Allah) said about this hadeeth that is hasan.
It is reported by Aisha (Radia Allahu anha):
"Umm Habibah called me in her death bed and said:
"Used to pass between us the kind of things that happens between the co-wives (al Dara-'ir), so May Allah forgive me and forgive you of these things."
I replied: "May Allah forgive you for all these things and release of (all) responsability for that".
She replied: "You have made me happy , may Allah make you happy."
And sent to call Umm Salamah and said the same things to her."

"My brother , your religion is no more that your flesh and blood ( you should be worried about your religion and welfare, because if you are not, your flesh and blood will pay the penalty for the punishment of Allah). Scream of worry for your soul and have mercy on it. If you have not pity for it, then the mercy will not show towards itself."
