You can hear the original audio in Arabic ,here.
Question-Can I cut the fringe of my hair , since it exceeds my eyebrows? May Allah Reward you with goodness
Answer- In fact, Muslim women can cut their hair giving the court they like, especially when due to its length , it makes it hard to wasj and comb It is not permissible to shave the head, unless it is sick and is not allowed to use tracks that imitate the fashions imposed by disbelieving women of questionable decency.
SOURCE: Shaikh Ibn Baaz (Rahimahu Allah) in Islamic jurisprudence responses for women.
Question- What is the ruling of plucking the hair of the eyebrows and the hair in between if it is thick ? Is it permmissible to remove the hair of the moustache and the face , and does this kind of hair take the same ruling as the hair of the eyebrows ? What is the ruling on what religiously committed women should do to please their husbands and society?
Answer- It is not permissible to pluck eyebrows , because this is Nams ( removing hair from the face/ eyebrows) . The Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) cursed whoever does it, because this implies the changing of Allah's Creation , as this is driven by Satan . If a woman's husband order her to do that, she should not obey him , because this is a sin, and there is not obedience to anyone in disobedience to the Creator. Obedience is only in what is good as per the Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) Hadith. Therefore, the hair of the face is not to be removed unless it deforms the face , such as a moustache or a beard grows on a woman's face. In this case there is nothing wrong to pluck out this hair .
May Allah grant us sucess, May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammed , his Family and his Companions.

How should the Muslim woman that is daa'iyah ( sister that call to Islam) to advise Muslim women who show their beauty?
"....She advises, telling her sisters in Islam "You must avoid meddle with men. you must avoid going uncovered , and you must be diligent in taking proper head cover when you meet men in front ,of which is not permissible to be exposed in front of them.
Allah The All-mighty says:
"When you ask them an object do it from behind a curtain. It is purer for your hearts and for theirs" (Al-Ahzaab: 53)
And the Most-High also says:
" And do not display their beauty except in the presence of their husbands" (An-Nur:31)
So She brings the verses and narrations that are appropriate and contain the clarification of what Allah has commanded. Also warns what is opposed to the legislation pure and clear to their sisters in Islam which is mandatory for all of us, while warning of what Allah has forbbiden.
And we must cooperate in righteousness and piety and the defense of truth , persevering patiently."

The Muslims are required by Sharee'ah to be united in starting and ending the fast-and how that may be achieved. Why are the Muslims not united with regard to the beginning and end of Ramaadan ? How that can be achieved?
Praise be to Allah.
Undoubtedly for the Muslims to be united in starting and ending is something desirable and it is something that is required by Sharee'ah wherever possible , and there are only two conditions of achieving that:
- All Muslim scholars should do away with relying on calculations as the Messenger of Allah (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) and the early generations of this ummah did, and follow moonsighting or completing the number of days (in the month) as was explained by the Messenger of Allah (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) in the saheeh ahaadeeth. Shaikh al Islam Ibn Taymiyah (Rahimahu Allah) said in al-Fataawa (25/132, 133) that the scholars were unanimously agreed that it is not permissible to rely on calculations for proving the beginning and end of the fast and so on. Al-Haafiz narrated in Al Fath (4/127) that al Baaji said: The consensus of the Salaf is that calculations should not be relied on , and their consensus is proof for those who come after them.
- They should commit to following the sighting of the moon in any Muslim state that follows the Sharee'ah of Allah and adheres to its rulings. When it is proven in that country that the new moon have been sighted with shar'i proof, with regard to the beginning or end of the fast ,then they should follow that, in accordance with the words of the Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) " Fast when you see it , and stop fasting when you see it, and if is too cloudy then complete the number (of days)" and "We are an unlettered nation , we do not write or calculate. The month is such and such , and he gestured with all of his fingers , meaning that the month maybe twenty-nine days or it may be thirty. There are many ahadeeth with similar meanings from Ibn 'Umar ,Abu Hurayrah, Hudhayfah Ibn al Yamaan and others ( Radia Allahu anhun). It is well know that what the Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) said was not addressed only to teh people of Meedinah, rather it is addressed to the entire Ummah at all timesand in all places until the Day of Resurrection.
When those two conditions are met , then All Muslim countries, will be able to fast together and break the fast together , and we ask Allah to enable them to do that and to help them to rule by Islamic Sharee'ah and reject that which goes against it. Undoubtedly that is obligatory upon them because Allah says: interpretation of the meaning:
" But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission”[al-Nisa’ 4:65]
And there are similar verses.
There is also no doubt that ruling all their affairs in accordance with sharee'ah is in their best interests and will unite them and help them against their enemies and help them to attain happiness in this world and in the Hereafter. We ask Allah to open their hearts to that and to help them to achieve it, for He is All-Hearing, Ever-near. End quote.

Concerning the Imaam , the Shaykh Abdul Azez Ibn baz (Rahimahu Allah), Rachid Ar Raajih narrates:
"Once, I was in the presence of the Shaikh, a man came asking the Shaykh (financial) assistance , so the Shaykh gave him a generous amount. However the man was not satisfied and sayd to the Shaykh " This is not enought for my needs" So the Shaikh, most humbly and respectfully, said to him:
" Take it, and then will be Baraqah in it , with the permission of Allah"
And it appeared the man understood what the Shaykh had intended , so he took the money, thanking the Shaykh as he left."

Q- I read in a pamphelt about a hadith attributed to the Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa salam), and says it is sahih narrated in (authentic book of hadith) Muslim, which states that every night there is a time that in which the doua is answered. However no mention if is at the end of the night or when...It is this hadeeth, sahih?
A- Yes, this hadeeth is saheh, this event was related by Muslim on the authority of Jabeer that the Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) said:
"In every night there is a time in which the doua, will be answered"
Not specified. If a person takes this time, your doua will be answered. Is a hidden hour as of Friday, which is more likely to be after the prayer of Asr (afternoon), or when the Imam (the leader in the collective prayer) sits to say the Khutbah (sermon) of the prayer of Jumu'ah (Friday).
As for this hour, is more likely to be in the middle of the night as the say in some narrations, or in the third part of the night, but usually overnight.
